RETURN, REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

However due to this present COVID 19 situation we are unable to offer any exchanges or returns. We request you to kindly go through the product descriptions before placing any orders. We take utmost care while packing the specific items ordered, as customer satisfaction is always our priority. Please call us or drop us an email for further clarification of ordered products, if needed.
Payment refunds are applicable only in case of delivery of damaged products or of an incorrect item. If you have a problem, first drop an Email at email@example.com within 3 days from the date of receipt. The details of the return (Order number and Reason for Return along with a picture) should be shared in the email. Be very much specific while describing the problem because all the returned items are thoroughly examined for defects and other related issues.
It is very important that you should never send back an item without consulting with us. You should NOT send back the item until and unless you have verified with us otherwise no payment refunds shall be given on such cases.
Return your items via post/courier as instructed in our email. At any circumstances, the amount of the item will be refunded only and not the shipping amount.
Since safe and secured delivery to you is always our responsibility, in the same way sending back the items safe and secured becomes your responsibility. If any untoward damage happens in transit or the package does not get delivered to us, then we are sorry that we cannot help you.
Your payment refund will be initiated by once we receive the damaged product back to our store. The refund is estimated to be credited in your account, used for order payment, between 4-8 days after initiating the refund. Please note that the timing of actual account credit is dependent on multiple external agencies such as banks and payment gateways.
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
